Standard Bank - Pay Bills - What time does this service start?

I'm trying to pay a bill at 7:25 and I am told

We could not retrieve any of your bills as the system is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

Looks like it's after 07:30.

SBSA does alot of Batch runs at 7am, I think its highly likely alot of the public interfaces are disabled during this.

New bills are probably being loaded to the Bill Repository as part of those batch runs.
