For you guys who are Standard Bank customers, how do you rate the newly introduced rewards program, Ucount I feel its a load of b@llsh%t :

1. The point allocation system is so complicated that even the call center staff don't even understand it.

2. All Caltex garages in Pretoria where you are supposed to redeem your points from don't even accept the lousy rewards card

3. It takes 7 working days to convert points into Rand , yes & 7 working days.

The list goes on and on

Instant Money
Onother Half baked product from the Bank, system always down at least twice a week and the refund process takes 48 hrs

In general I have noticed that STANDARD BANK is allergic to investing in Technology, CASH accepting ATMs are only being rolled out now, after how many years?

I think the same of nedbank greenbacks, I think the return is 1 greenback for every R5 spent, and it's about one million greenbacks for R100. Totally pointless.
Only ebucks is sort of decentish for a rewards programme.

My rewards card works at Caltex garages.

The petrol attendant first told me he doesn't know what it is. I told him to try anyway and it worked fine.

Ive registered since the start just to see if its worth it, I'm earning an average of 150 bucks a month.
yep it is complicated to work out how much you earn but to me as long as i get more then 20 bucks back its fine(to cover the subscription cost) , considering we never got any thing before this.
