Does anyone here have funds invested with Stanlib moneymarket and received communication about changes to the fund and to vote yes/no?

If so, do you have any idea what they are actually proposing?

The following is the amendment they want us to vote yes or no on:

The portfolio will be managed in compliance with the Prudential Investment Guidelines that is applicable to retirement funds from time to time. In order to compliment the investment policy, the portfolio may from time to time invest in as interest rate swaps for efficient portfolio management purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Act, and the Regulations thereto, as amended from time to time to achieve the portfolio’s investment objective.

the reason for the change they say is as follows:

It is proposed that the investment policy of the STANLIB Money Market Fund be amended to ensure compliance with the Prudential Investment Guidelines (Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds Act, No. 24 of 1956) which limits the extent to which retirement funds may invest in particular assets or in particular asset classes

so bottom line, should I vote yes or no?
