I have major reservations about the approach of the court a quo - sure I posted them on this forum - but the heart of these proceedings are contrived

It's ridiculous that the court has allowed a bunch of religious fanatics to have their way.
This is a battle of fanatics: religious fanatics dedicated to the imposition of their free-sex morality, and fanatics quite tired of doctoring the people who buy into that message, and stitching up the victims of the consequences. The courts should generally protect the innocent against the guilty, and it's not hard to see who the guilty are in this case.
Besides this, more avenues for pornography is not a benefit for society, much as people may bleat about precious freedom to do evil. http://fightthenewdrug.org/

Really? who are the guilty in this case (other than the religious fanatics trying their damnedest to impose their pathetic moral view on society)
