StarSat, Top TV porn broadcast times need review

A court should review the times Top TV intends to broadcast pornographic material, the Justice Alliance of SA (Jasa) said on Friday.

Top TV is not a channel, it is a satellite network/service provider. The porn will be on a separate opt-in bouquet. Then there is a pin-based parental control system on the decoder. So all in all this is not free to air un-monitored unsecured porn. If DSTV can show R18 movies (which they successfully defended in the past because of the parental control system) in the day then what is the problem for TopTV?

This is again a bunch of conservative "kerk tannies" and busy-bodies trampling on freedom of speech and the rights of others because it doesn't sit right with them. Now they fall on the "think of the children" fallacy to hide their infringements.
