Anybody know of a place (I think auto-electrician  ) that would be open over the weekend?

A major part in my car's starter motor is FUBAR and I need to get it fixed in time for work Monday  .

I would try a decent scrap yard like Bonert's in Booysens, otherwise MIDAS or somesuch for a new starter motor. Doubt you're going to find that part by itself anywhere on a Saturday...

No way in hell that you will find the part and rebuild it over the weekend...as enigma says...buy a Midas one, they don't cost the earth and will save mega drama in the long run!

All the spares shops I know of are open all day Saturday and all day Sunday.
Don't be afraid to shop arround.

Shop around and play the guys up against each other.

Times are tight, you're bound to get a good bargain that way.
