It does seem to be a bit of a stalling tactic though, ICASA had said by the beginning of September they'd have a proposal in place and now she's saying they hope to have policy directives by the end of the year. What while we let Telkom rip us a new one with their new pricing structure we've heard rumours about?

I believe education and technology is the key to a prosperous future in south africa.

I just wish these people like Ivy and even Steve White would go to university to get educated about technology!
