This is happening in all of government , from a to Z .
This government just does not get it , that is why the system is breaking down and only a matter of time before the banana republic label will be attached to South Africa .

Damnit! I've always dreamed of working in the State Security agency. Now I'll have to find a senior ANC cadre to adopt me.

I reckon this is happening in other state agencies though.
 
I wonder if this could be investigated by Thuli Madonsela -she has demonstrated integrity in her position, and is not scared to investigate properly.

It is a norm, true but more precise is statement that corruption is a neccessary qualifier for cadre selection in this society. Corrupt person fully depends on the masters and can be easily eliminated by fully politicised state prosecutors. Examples:
1. Zuma - fully comply
2. Malema - refused to comply at some point
It is a heritage from Soviet Union communist regime.

Who better than the sons and daughters of our country's finest elected representatives to be appointed irrespective of merit? Why do we want our own security anyhow, if we can get free security services from Al Qaeda, and the ever so Democratic Republic of the Congo? Who is wiser than the sons and daughters of the party that has transformed our country into something that can never work?

This is something that I can definitely believe is currently happening. In lots of ways the post apartheid government seems to be slowly killing South Africa with their unrestrained greed for "more". Black people are just naturally arrogant but this is really not beneficial to South Africa's Rainbow Nation. :crying:
