Statements / invoice query

lo there,
I receive my statements every month and have 3 different invoices (I have more than 1 sim) that I receive.
However I do not actually receive a printed copy of my main invoice for my main sim, just a summary of the total and the invoice number.

On MTNActive I also cannot view this specific invoice. I can view the other 2 fine.

What gives?
