Stay away from Vox, the worst customer service I ever experienced

Stay away from Vox, no matter how good their products are, the customer service is hell. I can't find the difference between the old telkom (when someone said telkom is hellkom) and vox. I confirm that I will stay away from this company forever.

if anyone wants to try, I will say "good luck". ;)

I don't want to give details, but in general I can tell you,

1) they don't reply your call when you have a problem.
2) they don't fix the problem, they fix the person to tell them a problem.
3) they ask you to pay for the problem they made.
4) wait for over 1 month for installation, at the end they are keep asking you to "wait" without any progress. if I didn't find out myself, I am still "waiting".
5) complaint department is non-exisiting. (even they say they have one.)
6) everything is legally binding ..... (I don't want to give any further ....)

any question?

Yeah, I know what you mean.
I emailed them with a query in May -and "yes" the email was sent to the address provided on their website, Ie. the "right" department.
I am, yet to receive a reply.

But it's only been 5 months, so.... :rolleyes:

At the first sign of shlt, I won't bother contacting them, I'll just cancel.

My service with them has not started, I am at the "Site Survey Pending" stage, but I regret going with them. Luckily I will be on month-to-month, so I will just flip them and then go with Cool Ideas when I sniff even the faintest fart from them.

I told them what the problem was/still is, but then got the idea they thought I am some complaining idiot. Lots of time was wasted.

What bullcrap! 2mbps on a 100mbps line is normal? **** off!

Something definitely wrong there. I've got a 40Mbps VDSL line and my latency and dl speed are better:

Sorry to hear about your issues. Hope you get them resolved or find an ISP that works for you. Don't wait more than a week to get things sorted, unless of course the problem isn't at the ISP.

Your warning is too late for me. I've had a Vox Fatpipe account for over a year and everything has worked without issue. Never had to contact Support for anything.
