My son just started high school. He has 2 foreign nationalities as well as being a SA national (born abroad and both parents hold another nationality). But as soon as he finishes school he needs to leave SA. There is no way the ANC thieves will get his tax money. Ladies and gentlemen. Here is the long and the short if this whole story. White people are fleeing this country. In such a manner and in such large numbers that tax income are on the decline, most valuable experience are leaving private and public sector, so much so that the government actually noticed this and now asking them to stay.

Fact is, things are so bad in this country, white people are fleeing to protect themselves from persecution and oppression from the majority lead government against minority groups.

Very true, but there is a silver lining.... seems some white people managed to survive in the rural areas of Zim over the years. Perhaps time for those who cannot leave to look up North to see what to do to survive?

I've come to realise that the only value that a degree has in this country is the opportunity to leave this country.

You will find it extremely difficult to get decent employment abroad with degrees issued by SA institutions the past 20 or so years. Not impossible, but there are many companies abroad who no longer recognize our degrees. A lot of people on expat forums already complaining about this too. But, keep trying to use that degree to leave. It will be the best move you can make.
