Banks already said you will still need to pay your bond. If not I`m sure SARS will get that money from you.Luckily the bank owns my home not me...

So much this, what happened just across our borders.
Then you get ******** imports with a passport in their back pockets like this still fanning the flames:
I really wonder if he was chased away and thrown out where he was, or ran away. No better than other race baiting lowlife trolls.
Where did they say that and based on what economic and legal principle? Nonsense...Banks already said you will still need to pay your bond. If not I`m sure SARS will get that money from you.
SARS have direct access to money in your bank account. SARS has direct access to your income tax.Where did they say that and based on what economic and legal principle? Nonsense...
....and not sure what SARS has to do with anything?

Bond remains contractual agreement between owner and bank.roodepoortrecord.co.za
So, Nedbank base this on a contractual agreement, but they conveniently forgot to mention the Force Majeur clause.

My house is paid off, I think its time to get a bond again.Of course they will say that in that email...it is to cover THEIR arses.
It still means nothing and appropriation has not been covered by Law and there are no precedents.
If my home is taken from me and given to someone els...I will not pay the nond on it and there is no law or contract that can force me to do so.
I hope your money has gone before you.I think people are taking their chance when they can because for many without second passports, it can take years to get into another country. Life might be better here now, but it certainly won't be once the country defaults, we have 12 hours a day without power, and they take away your pension.
I'm 42 and still staying in SA, but have almost no assets here, and still probably earn + save more than I could overseas. I do have a second passport, so when (not if) the sht hits the fan, I can leave immediately. If I didn't have that luxury, I'd have been making plans to get out a long time ago.

Seems he is preparing for the worst.
