You were early today, I was behind you at the Bird/Merrimen traffic lights - not on the bicycle today.

The reason for the 10 year time frame is because the farmers in Devon valley is being full of s...t. However after seeing how easily land get's grabbed there I think they will l just have to accept it.

Was my wife. I haven't seen you on your bicycle in a long time. Things ok?

Edit: and she was bloody early because my 6yo woke up at 4h30 and came to tell me I didn't sign his school form and he didn't practice his math this weekend, so me and him sat doing math that time of the morning.

The traffic problem is going to get bad before it get's worse.

Soon Capitec will finish their new offices in Technopark which will see an influx of at least a 1000 more employees, add to that they will be renting out their old offices so even more people will flock in.

Within the next 10 years they plan to build a road that will go from the R304 Welgevonden traffic lights and merge with the R44 after De Zalze. So that will route a lot of traffic around town.

The parking still remains a problem though.

I really this will be happening soon as it's now just getting fckng ridiculous. It took me an hour and 45 minutes to drop wife and kids off this morning.

The interim solution is to start trusting your wife with your car.

She has her own car, she just doesn't like driving that early in the rain as it's still dark and her eye sight is not the best in that conditions. And she doesn't like my car, it's too big and too slow.

Whose wife happily drives a car when lift options are available ?

If only there was, no options for her route. Traffic has always been rough but never like it is now. Hopefully it will blow over soon.

I have some great news for you, or for anyone under twelve who has an urgent need to start driving:

They've both driven my bakkie on the farm, but that's where it will stay for now.
