Not Masters of Business in Africa obviously
Obviously. Now to you know what it actually means?
Not Masters of Business in Africa obviously
"Affordable" is a relative term. If someone charges me R4k for work that I'd normally pay R5k for, I'd deem it affordable. So now the labour law you praise doesn't count when it comes to you employing people? They then become commodities. How did I know you would be a hypocrite?

Well, you locals don't want to work, what am I supposed to do?So now the labour law you praise doesn't count when it comes to you employing people? They then become commodities. How did I know you would be a hypocrite?
Lol, since when?
None, But I will admit, I have been having designs on a couple of Zim guys who do odd chores around the complex.
They make me go weak at the knees with their work ethic, of course be in affordable is just an added bonus.

I will pay them more than I would have paid a local, moan all day about BEE this, AA that but they simply don't want to work., it's much easier getting R350 from government.Pay the foreigner the same.
He shouldn't have made the basic mistake with his education. But you would battle to realise that. Not your fault.
It wasn’t a mistake.
It was an active decision, thinking it would go nowhere and they’d just get away with it.
No, it's clear from his actions, and you just said yourself that he is too educated for this.He told you this?

Lowlife has been found guilty and ordered to pay R800k, do that ship has long sailed.Oh, you can assign guilt based on what you perceive. Where is your famous presumed innocent until found guilty?

Yes it was, he was annoyed that the lady fell pregnant while he didn't know the boyfriend, (perhaps he had designs on her?)So it was an active decision then and not an omission. You know this because you were on the legal team?
He told you this?
He may have done it to "get back at her" so to speak. It was a vindictive move which he may have regretted later. In his testimony, Gaiduk said Brendt's pregnancy had caught him by surprise because "she did not have a boyfriend".
He said he was frustrated by Brendt's absence, even when she worked from home initially.

In a fit of jealous rage he started making life difficult for her which ultimately led to her unfair dismissal. I have first hand experience dealing with the type so that makes me qualified to come with a theory, a theory which you will accept because it comes from someone with first hand experience.

Hey, You implied foreigners are cheap labour and now you're tap dancing after being called out on your labour law hypocrisy:
Execs can be fired at will, but they can take you to court for compensation. Even the execs fired by twitter will be paid.
