So now the labour law you praise doesn't count when it comes to you employing people? They then become commodities. How did I know you would be a hypocrite?
"Affordable" is a relative term. If someone charges me R4k for work that I'd normally pay R5k for, I'd deem it affordable.

Affordable is minimum wage in what @TheChamp suggested using foreigners around his home. Not what he implied about paying less than that.

Lol, since when?

Hey, You implied foreigners are cheap labour and now you're tap dancing after being called out on your labour law hypocrisy:

None, But I will admit, I have been having designs on a couple of Zim guys who do odd chores around the complex.

They make me go weak at the knees with their work ethic, of course be in affordable is just an added bonus.

He shouldn't have made the basic mistake with his education. But you would battle to realise that. Not your fault.

It wasn’t a mistake.

It was an active decision, thinking it would go nowhere and they’d just get away with it.

So it was an active decision then and not an omission. You know this because you were on the legal team?
Yes it was, he was annoyed that the lady fell pregnant while he didn't know the boyfriend, (perhaps he had designs on her?)

In a fit of jealous rage he started making life difficult for her which ultimately led to her unfair dismissal. I have first hand experience dealing with the type so that makes me qualified to come with a theory, a theory which you will accept because it comes from someone with first hand experience.

He told you this?
In his testimony, Gaiduk said Brendt's pregnancy had caught him by surprise because "she did not have a boyfriend".

He said he was frustrated by Brendt's absence, even when she worked from home initially.
He may have done it to "get back at her" so to speak. It was a vindictive move which he may have regretted later.

So everybody has the same experience then?

Oh, I'm aware and not standing up for him at all. I'm just trying to get the gist of Champ's reasoning logic. It's rather intriguing.

Master of barely anything?
Master bullshit artist?
Management by accident?
...

I'm using this.

That whole discussion went way over your head. Champy is referring to the "logic" some people around here used to defend their bigotry. That's usually their argument.

Execs can be fired at will, but they can take you to court for compensation. Even the execs fired by twitter will be paid.

Now, imagine this is your wife being fired for being pregnant.

No, they won't and you are wrong....

Things like this happens only in SA where you barely have a functioning judicial system. America is trying to move towards one as well. But for now....
