Id just like to clarify that im not the rep on this forum, far as i can tell there is no rep on this forum anymore. I did wish to assist you on this one so i sent an e-mail to one of my contacts and i recieved the following info:

That tower is too far away. MTN Data dude told me earlier in the year that Cinnabar tower would be up by end of July , hence my query.

an update on this, i asked when 2b is expected and i got the feedback below:

I have no info on this, but I think it’s an ongoing process and happens like normal major site upgrades. There is no specific project drive at the moment that I know of."

looks like im in the dark about this as much as you im afraid
