lots of people are now talking about rising prices now and the FED continues to look the other way

so its basically a game of chicken as to when or if the FED will acknowledge the problem and raise rates

Got RMH dividend but still running at a net loss.

Is it worthwhile to purchase Adapt IT shares?
It fell by 13% after allegations of inappropriate behavior by their CEO. (Not business related)

The reason I'm asking is that there is an offer by Volaris to purchase 100% of issued shares @ R6,50. The closing price today was R6,15.

Personally I'd wait for the dust to settle given the recent spout of bad PR. From my understanding the Volaris deal is not yet finalized so there is a risk they pull out if the bad press continues to drop the share price. If not that, they may even re-adjust their offer.

Also, if i understand the offer correctly, buying out 100% shares means that 100% of shareholders of AdaptIT need to agree which at the moment is not the case.

I could be completely off but that is my understanding.
