I'm a bit sceptical when they talk about issueing new shares and making debt. I think the share price will go down first and then up when the new projects start working.

Lonmin up 9.63% from yesterday morning 10am

They were up 6.72% at 12pm today from yesterday morning and only 1.64% up at 10:44am this morning from yesterday morning.
