https://www.moneyweb.co.za/news/companies-and-deals/a-breath-of-fresh-air-for-mediclinic/On Monday the Zurich Cantonal Parliament voted not to approve a levy that was to be imposed on the proportion of privately insured patients treated in listed hospitals, known as the VVG levy.
This is positive for Mediclinic. “The introduction of the tax in Zurich would have reduced Mediclinic’s Swiss profits materially,” says Aslam Dalvi, associate portfolio manager at Kagiso Asset Management. “There was also a small risk that, if passed in Zurich, other cantons would follow and adopt a similar levy.”
On illiquid stocks you don't and will often times burn your fingers on delayed pricing. That's why on EE I tell people to rather stick with mid - large caps.
Or use it for investing instead of trading...As it was designed for.
Some stocks never picks up and remains hard to impossible to sell.
Oh yes of course. I was speaking in relation to why he would buy a stock like ecsponent and visual international as for the delayed pricing what I meant there is a stock on the top 40 is less likely to have that massive swing/spread compared to nuworld, but yea that's a delayed pricing issue not the platform itself. But that would be universally the same across all platforms for said stocks.
The comment related to the delayed pricing anyway, not the liquidity.

Your fault, but in the same light I don't think this should be allowed. Given the target market of easyequities the layman. I sort of feel it's their responsibility to have a built in warning that pops up example.Nu-World shot me in the foot.. mostly my fault as i did not see the spread before i clicked sell![]()
