I agree... waaaay better ones out there. So two damaged grinders and debris in your coffee on another occasion? Maybe it's time to stop buying the same coffee?

Who supplies Woolies with their expensive coffee?
I take no issue with that approach. When people say that the produce etc that you get a Woolies is better than what you can get elsewhere, which is why they are happy to pay more, I metaphorically judge them. I judge them more than I judge flat-earthers.I actually find the Woolworths coffee to be cheaper that that of other shops if you buy the 1 kg bag of beans. Their breakfast blend is on promotion at the moment for R160, which works out to R40 for the usually sold 250 g packaging. At Checkers 250 g packet of beans usually go for ±R60. And I like the taste of Woolworths coffee.....![]()
Have to disagree. I know where Woolworths get their coffee from and buy straight from their supplier/roaster. Unless a single source is onlly available in store, then I go to WW. But for you not in Gauteng, that is not an option. I have not had a problem like OP. Not saying his is not real, but I go through 4kg a month without issues.Stop buying coffee from Woolworths. I don't buy anything there anymore. Their coffee is so-so in any case.
I concor, just name the supplier.... It's Tribeca. They roast really amazing beans. I go straight to the roastery as well to buy mine to make sure they are as fresh as possible. I do atleast a kg a month and in 6 years have never had any issues.Have to disagree. I know where Woolworths get their coffee from and buy straight from their supplier/roaster.
