Stop ****ing complaining!

Sometimes the key to happiness is to bitch ,nag and moan...as long as you don't go overboard. It's better to air your feelings than let it fester inside you, and what better way than on a forum. That way it won't affect your personal life. We can't all be Mary Poppins (no offence intended to anyone).

Rubbish advice, bitch nagging and moaning is negative energy and even on a forum will keep you in a negative frame of mind, the only problems most people should have is money, women and work. Other than that bitch and moaning about random shyte is just silly.

If you were happy and positive you would not have all those things to moan nag and bitch about because your positive attitude would avoid seeing all those things or you would cope and deal with them in a positive way.

As i have said don't let people tell you it is ok to send out negative energy because you can. I hate being around people who nag, moan and bitch about everything in their life because they have such negativity going on everything seems like a problem. Even if it is a forum.

We can all be mary poppins but with people like yourself telling others they cannot be, they may believe you and fall back into that negative crap frame of mind. No offence to the naggers, moaners and negative folk on this forum.

Stay focused and stay positive and ignore people who tell you that we can't all be happy.

That advice will only work for people who do not suffer from clinical depression. People who do, need to vent, especially if they're not on any medication. This is why we have psychologists and psychiatrists and counsellors ,to air our real feelings. Unfortunately copa is not in a position to seek the advice of professionals.

The real trick is to find that centre of peace that no external circumstance can deflect you from, however grim the current situation. The path there begins by realising that you are not the centre of the universe, and goes via gratitude, and it ends in transcendence. Travelling that path is not automatic, but a choice. It is an attitude-in-action to be cultivated through daily exercise. It's a habit that grows with practise.

That said, there's plenty to be outraged about: Injustice, the good being swamped by the wicked, gratuitous and deliberate wrong, and so on. Expressing that outrage in words is only rarely necessary (and only when the words can make a real difference) - rather spring to silent action, as men do (women are somewhat different). For men, the affects are more effectively and healthily sublimated and cathected through deeds rather than words. This will almost inevitably lead to pain and bleeding, but that's OK because it's transient (ecce homo, the Real Man) and it cannot penetrate the inner core and disturb the inner peace. Of course, we all know already that only those who have mastered self can change the world for good.

Copa, I salute you.

Ja, there's nothing wrong blowing off a little steam sometimes but its the constant downer that is just bad for everyone's mental state that I can't stand.

I've written friends off because the only conversation they have is about their problems.
