Got this on the way home today.

You could have at least drove 600m to make the speedo match the odo ;)

Well spotted.

At least I am glad to see it's only standing on 16Km's/Hr when the pict was taken. Wise man Wise!

ARE YOU SUCKING MAD, Driving and Photographing?

:D Guys, the top is the trip and the bottom is the odo. I was affraid if I roll on till the trip is 16.6 then the odo would roll over. The trip counter at 16 really is a coincidence. I reset it each time I fill up and I did not see it coming so close to the odo. Maybe it is a sign ? :p

I love driving and taking video though (not pics). Have look in the motoring section for all my anti-VAG post featuring screenshots from videos I took.

Nearly got killed by a springbok doing it once... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIgjGuLdeWI[/ame]
Clip Description : Just got my car back from its 150000km service and I was testing it out. Wanted it to roll over from 149999km to 150000km while doing 180km/h with the trip counter rolling over to 180.0km ... and I almost got it when I saw a buck right in front of me (and I crapped my pants).

If you look slowly you will see the ODO rolling over milliseconds before I brake, swerve and horn.

Not shot right now - was taken while on holiday for new years.

Rheebok, Mossel Bay. Shot on redscale (film reversed so you shoot through the mask and red layer first) with my eos 300x and 28mm f/1.8

I enjoy a good redscale - and like most processes it's one thats easily reproducible in post if people are interested - but in future can you limit submissions to shots taken within the least couple of days? :D
