Very interesting, a must read for anyone involved in Open Source. Look at what license he was using and the pitfalls of using a badly worded licence, it almost cost him the case!

Interesting story, but formatting was horrible.

Ironic was the Microsoft Server 2008 R2 advert at the end

Seems like a shameless copy and paste from another source, and the poser didn't even have the decency to edit the article properly.

None the less, historic win, specially since the case is open and not shrouded in secrecy like so many other.

Good article I must say--just uses lots of American lingo--nothing wrong with it--I understood almost all of it. BTW, some articles in NYTimes are also written in this format.
