Can somebody @ axxess please explain to me the following.
I`ve been trying to assist my friend with their internet. You are the service provider.
They were always able to use dstvnow.com with their axxess account.
The streaming just stopped working.
We took all the equipment to another location to first make sure there was nothing wrong with
the DSTV now. It worked on another line.
Next thing we done is use a vox account on the original line. When we put a VOX account in the router the DSTV NOW streams perfect.
So that Illiminates the line and the equipment, yet when my friends call axxess they pass the buck onto Telkom.
If this was as in most case Telkom, then another ISP account would not work.
THIS IS YOUR NETWORK AND SHAPING RULES.
I have worked for an ISP before and have extreme knowlegde on how to troubleshoot these types of issues.
How can the call centre agent just pass the buck without doing any troubleshooting.
No Ping or tracert tests to even compare the connection to another ISP.
Please can you test DSTV NOW on your network before passing the buck.
