My problem is slightly different and I can't for the life of me fathom what the issue is. I have a 1mb line (now upgraded to 2mb) at home and use it to stream live sport on SS. I have recently been watching a lot of the cricket (CLT20) that has been on and have been able to watch this without any issue. But when I watch any rugby, the feed sticks and doesn't stream as smoothly as the cricket does. I am also able to watch football and Formula 1 without any issues. This past weekend, I was watching (at least trying to watch!) the rugby match between NZ and Australia and eventually just gave up, as the feed was terrible! Very soon after that, there was a CLT20 cricket match on which came through perfectly! 
My question is: Does SS stream their live feeds differently based on the sport or is the feed somehow affected by the amount of people that might be watching it online? With such a big rugby game on this weekend (WP vs The Sharks) I'm worried that watching this game on SS streaming is going to be a nightmare and I'll cry if I miss it!

Another issue... Anyone ever received a message saying that a stream was "not available in your country"??

Just tested... Working OK here.
Go to your profile and ensure that your smartcard number is correct. I swopped my smartcard a while ago and forgot to update my profile and also could not connect!
I had the same issue, but just the other day, it threw the same error. I just went into my profile and clicked "Update", even though there was nothing to update. It worked.

Yeah, exactly what I said in my above post. Rugby sticks like a mofo, whereas cricket, F1 and football all seem to buffer smoothly. Would love to hear from a Supersport tech as to why this is coz it's most frustrating, especially with End of Year tours about to kick off

The problem isn't content related, it's server related. last Sunday's F1 was streamed on S1 and was unwatchable.
I did post to Supersport's support site, but I don't expect a response.
However if a large number of people were to ask why the S1 channel always is buffered, whereas other channels are not, it may get their attention.

Thanks for these. I've been looking for a decent streaming website.
been using LS Hunter for a while now but its so slow when a game is on. Last night came up with a copyright infringment notice every 5 minutes, had to refesh then try again.
I'll try sportlemon when I get home maybe it's better.
Was hoping to use supersport because the quality is so much better but oh well.
