Vodacom need to streamline their 155 support number.

When one dials "155" from a cellphone you get a myriad choices. One has to press the keypad a number of times to get SUPPORT:confused:

All they need to do is to enter a extra choice EG Dial 5 for HSDPA Technical support where one has to press keypad choice once.

The 155 Support personel also do not seem to know what is going on with their Physical Network.Apparently Siemens runs their Network.

It also seems that they wanted to be first in the Market with their new HSDPA offering. Unfortunately it seems that their infrastructure is not in place yet, As a result we have become their Guinea Pigs:mad:
