YAWN!
BBBEE targets are purely implemented to appease the unions and ensure voters stay as loyal as possible. Eskom's brooms will now go from R280k -> R350k per broom due to 'inflationary pressures'....

BBBEE "equity targets" aren't based on any scientifically backed metrics and are purely a thumbsuck number that the minister deems "numerically equitable". Also, still no sunset clauses mentioned anywhere so racially based, oh I am sorry - DESIGNATED GROUPS, policies continue in perpetuity.

We will not comply.
no we will simply find better ways of hiding.
like employing "contractors" and "consultants" to actually do the work, while we sit at home sleeping when we should be at work.

and raping the poor tax payer who pays for this backwards incompetence and nonsense.

So let's say you have a small company of 4 white people.
The Government basically wants you to fire 3 of them and hire 3 black people instead?
Uhmm no, they want you to fire 3 of them and hire 4 black people. Only black people no other colour. The 4th person has to be the boss.

Just to double check, is bee a lawful requirement like a drivers license for operating a car? I was under the impression it was only needed if you wanted to do business with government, so if you stick within private business you can ignore bee.
