I'm not sure if this is the right place to post it, but I seriously need help 
My issue is that at least once a minute, everything will go silent while I'm talking to people, and then in about 3-6 seconds, everything comes back and my packet loss spikes to 80% and starts to fall back to a low percentage. I am not having any fluctuating ping whatsoever.
I've tried connecting to local servers and international ones and the problem is the same.
I have tried:
- Disabling my anti-virus (it worked for a while, but the packet loss came back the next day)
- Calling my ISP, Afrihost. Everything is fine on their behalf
- Having my Exchange looked at (everything was perfectly fine)
- Having Telkom come to my house, again everything is fine
- Running pings and traceroutes to the TS server, google, etc.**
- Checked my modem (nothing seems to be wrong with it)
- Checked my cables, connected my cable directly to the modem without a splitter (the problem persists)
** When running a traceroute, the third hop is usually timed out
This is driving me insane and interrupting my gaming and general conversations. I've posted a thread on the TS forums, but no one has responded. Can someone please help me?
