I am joining the mass migration from Sentech and have placed my 512 ADSL order.

I am looking for a service that is both uncapped and unshaped. Most of the ISP sites do not give much detail about their products so it is a battle to phone/mail all of them. I have noticed that the cheapest uncapped and unshaped offerings from some of the ISPs are actually capped at 30Gb if you read the fine print (and I thought that was only the insurance industry:).

Have you guys got any pointers on what I should be asking and what packages I should be avoiding.

If possible could you give me the names of some ISPs that supply "decent" packages.

Thanks

Thanks Bwana.

Yes the link you posted is the start of more to come as Sentech starts to contact ppl about the forced change of package.

I will add OpenWeb onto my list of possibles - don't know much about local torrents - another thing to research.

Hi flash99

Our uncapped accounts at the following URL are unshaped (and obviously uncapped)

Hope this helps
