Person's self-imposed 6pm deadline for removal of all posts has
passed and still nothing from Brian Gibello.
News from incubate: He's got his refund but no case. Brian promises he'll
get the case to incubate by monday. Transcript follows:

The latest scoop in the 6600GT saga: I now have to take the card all the way to Midrand, so Legend can replace it. Um, yeh, WHEN?! Also, I get this email at 15:07 yesterday afternoon, after insisting that I get a new card before the weekend! Unbelievable!
I also still have no proof of payment for the refund I was supposed to get.

In response to this, we have TheYak's post. As well as this, TheYak provides full correspondence between himself and Brian Gibello.

Some constructive suggestions are given to Person. I'd like to point out that I haven't been sued as yet.
