Erwin wants the shareholders’ agreement to be amended to include a clause that will give him “pre-emptive rights” over the sale of Transnet’s and Eskom’s shares in the SNO.
Let’s face it, did anyone take into account the local loop and SAT3 cable when Telkom was listed.
Now here we are several years down the line wanting the local loop unbundled and the SAT3 cable nationalised, when it should never have been included in the deal from the start.

Frankly I still cannot see why Telkom was offered to foreigners originally and I feel the same way about the SNO. But who am I?
