SUPACHARGE Free Minutes and Ported Numbers

Hi

I have ported from Vodacom to Cell C about 3 months ago, and have a problem when people phone me.

When other Cell C users with Free Minutes phone me, theyre free minutes are not consumed, but rather they are charged normal rates.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?
