If you are talking about Supersonic Air fibre deployment will only start from 1 May 2021 based on client numbers.

So people can expect to connect to it in June-ish?
Don't know that but MTN itself states deployment from 1 May also I do think they will have to have a certain number of concentrated clients to make the setup in a location viable.

It will be super if it goes live actually I’m May instead of deployment

I mean they do know the sites so why not start early ... Vumatel still busy deploying and if the people in that areas gets this before the air fibre lands they will definitely jump ship ...

Having said that ... I’ll still prefer a hard wire than OTA ...

Same here. But this is much cheaper than Vuma's entry level fibre....

Seems more like outdoor wireless protocol wisp style with a sector style transmitter/receiver. They might be tapping into the fibre source at the base station and that would then deal with capacity issue better then the limitations of a microwave link.

Good News Supersonic said they will be switching on Air Fibre in May aka 68 Tower's for now
