Sign up with GoogleI'm with Supersonic fibre, 200/200 Mbps, which apparently uses MTN Business for connectivity, including globally. And I'm really struggling with international bandwidth.
Since the cable breaks back in May, international connectivity is slow and spotty. Local is fine.
Here's proof: two Speedtests done to a random location in London. First is plain fibre connection:
The second is the same computer, same network, 30 seconds later, with with the Cloudflare Warp VPN connected:
So the VPN connection has worse ping (no surprise), but MUCH more actual bandwidth. This must be because Cloudflare's network is using different (better!) global connectivity than MTN.
Anyone else seeing this?
MTN/Supersonic, please buy better global bandwidth!! Meanwhile I have to start the painful process of looking at alternative providers
