BitCo PBX VoIP fault finding and resolution
Linux Systems fault finding and resolution
Qualifications/knowledge
Applicant is required to have the following Knowledge or Qualifications:
In house support experience
Asterisk knowledge
Linux Knowledge
SIP, IAX2 and VoIP knowledge
ITC experience
Good understanding of IP networks and routing
Good understanding of routers
