Not sure but why Sony? Brands considered better can be had for your budget. Yamaha, Pioneer, etc.

Even the Marantz NR1402 (5.1) or NR1602 (7.1) can be had for not much more.
no specific reason... everything else i got is sony
if any other brand can give better performance and features than the products listed above then i'll go for that... R5000 is the limit. one guy suggested i buy that whole Sony system @ game for R5200. do you have any comments on that home theatre system ?
