Long distance people transporter, may be able to fit 20 people in there.

I grew up with one of these. As the VW kombi is a iconic vehicle, the little Suzuki bread -bin is for me.
20 people in a half bread Bin? You are proper Saffafrican.

So that's about 7l/100km

I expected better. Especially given the performance trade off and the vehicle size.
It does sound a bit high, Doesn't it weigh less than a ton?

Specs say it supposed to be 4.9l / 100km.

Most of my driving is not open road though.

My SO had the SX4. Engine overheated without any signs on the temp gauge. Spares only available through Suzuki. Can't find an import or second hand engine. Sold the car as scrap.
The three phase gauges really annoy me, cold/normal/hot. I have no idea why they started replacing conventional gauges or go with a more informative digital display considering the low cost of it these days.

I had one as a rental for about a week. I can tolerate a lot of short-comings in a car, but this thing was very unpleasant to drive.
Picked up one as a rental from the airport doesn't seem too bad so far.

We’ve had our Jimny for 10 years and our Swift for 3. Very happy with them, and happy for Suzuki. Only issues we’ve ever had was with the Jimny’s coil packs and low range selection switch :notworthy:

That is amazing, that a relative new comer to the market, with a tiny dealer foot print in comparison, can unseat long-standing behemoths like Toyota and VW, remarkable.

Hire company gave me one the other day. Reminds me of a Fiat Panda.

S-presso didn't make the cut this time around. The wife and I have compromised on a 2nd hand 2021 Baleno GLX AT with 20,000km on the clock.

We have one of the OG SX4 4x4's and its still going like a bomb.

I always wanted a Jimney but will probably get a family car again with the next upgrade.
