At a guess most Europeans. Indians (Hindu, Sikh and even Muslims) integrate quiet well into Western societies. Africans and West-Indians do quiet well too - they have a tendency to riot in France but that could actually be argued to be a sign of integration there. It's mainly Middle-Eastern Muslims who generally show no interest in integrating.
