I switched to Telkom LTE network, purchased 10Gb on my mobile router 2 months ago, and for the first month seemed stable. I then purchased a further 10GB last month, but started having some lag issues, as I use my internet primarily for gaming. I purchased 5GB this month as I was not prepared to take another risk, and this is my test result. I have used most networks where I stay, and this has to be the worst I have ever had, my ping in-game is 2933 (3 second) then you know you're not bad, you're absolutely terrible. How do you get someone to attend to this, does anyone not monitor networks or have network tools that notify the service provider of links running errors? I am frustrated with the level of service I am receiving, as this is not some free service, I'm paying for this "service"
