User pays, you want it, you have to pay for it. If nobody want to pay for it, then let it die. It means nobody truly wants it.That is the real issue here, once they rolled out the top boxes and you are not able to receive the signal you should not be required to pay.
But then the people that received the topboxes for free or reduced costs, will they pay for the service once the first bill comes along?
