Switching OpenServe line provider

Installed the line through an ISP on m2m but looking to move to another without the line going dark with a long delay. What is the actual process required for this if any?

Who's name is the fibre in, yours or the isps? Do you get a bill from telkom with the fibre details on it?

With openserve you can generally just switch isps, just get the new loging details from the new isp and enter them in your router.

I want to move from Axxess to Vox. Will there be an interruption in service whilst OpenServe transfers the circuit between the two ISPs? Vox does not sell fibre capped accounts separately. Thanks all.
