Seems like new phones like the Nokia E65 / N95 are not really shipped with games... but you can find them for sales on the Internet. Makes me think they do this on purpose as to force you to buy the games.

Is this the generally the case or is it just the E65?

With my own N95... I have only one game - SNAKES.

Not that the phone is there to play games, but some time you have a few mins to kill right?

when i debranded my phone and updated it with the new firmware, i got a mean game, almost playstation quality. called SRE.

Plug my phone into the tv, phone becomes a controller and i'm playing a pretty cool game.

I can second that. They should release more games that uses the N95's 3D Graphics engine.;):D

Yeah, SRE is a good demo for the 3D graphics engine in the N95.

It plays the same on the K800, most K800 games will work on the N95, my best advice, search wap for k800 games theres alot, if you come across high res, gameloft games take them quick!!

EA Games has started making mobile phone games (is there a pie without EA fingers in it). Anyway they are good at making games. Their latest game the Harry Potter order of the phoenix game has dynamic lighting, like when you walk under a candle your character lights up and casts a shadow.. Pretty hectic.

I found it here

Also did you know that in the UK sales of mobile phone games have over taken ringtones/screensavers/music etc in terms of money earned.

Maybe a symptom of the mobile phone no-game shipping?

Cool, but I'm not gonna pay R50 big ones for a game I could get for free

Go to www.mobiles24.com, registration is free and then go to "free java games" and download all the 240 x 320 games, as they are the only ones that work on N95, E65 etc etc etc. There is about 50 or so 240 x 320 games for free that you would usually pay R50 or more for each. Just choose the "download to pc" option and transfer to your N95 with usb, and there you go, endless hours of fun for free. BTW there is also some usefull apps like excel and word for free!
