• 5+ years’ experience in IT Administration
• Relevant tertiary qualification (IT Degree/Diploma, MCSE)
• Compliance and IT Governance
• Driving License

What will I do every day?

To design and administer all network infrastructure and technical aspects of IT systems. Manage multiple international Microsoft Azure virtual installations (EMEA and Americas Cloud) as well as the Back Office infrastructure.

• Hardware (Server, Desktop, UPS)
• Windows Operating Systems, Exchange, CRM, Lync, SharePoint
• Active Directory
• LAN / WAN
• Load Balancing
• Routing and Internetworking
• Perimeter Security
• DNS and Cert management
• IP Telephony
• Backup and DR
• Coordinate and control external aspects of our network.
• General meeting/planning functions.
• Progression & Capacity Planning. Version control.
• Technical liaison with business partners and customers
• Design and follow Processes and Procedures
• Technical and compliance documentation
• After hours support
• Succession Planning
• Manage Customer facing virtual platforms (Azure, VMWare) and Back Office platforms (Hyper-V)
Technical Skills:
• Enterprise SharePoint
• MICROSOFT
• CIW
• ITIL
• Network Switching
• Operating Systems
• Server Hardware
• SAN Technology
• Virtualization
• High Availability – Clustering, Load balancing, VMotion etc
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP and internetworking with heterogeneous technologies
