I recently had a terrible experience with Bash that has left me completely frustrated and disillusioned with their service. I placed an order for a pair of New Balance Fresh Foam X 860v14 Running Shoes on 26 November 2024 (Order #B9659979-01), which was listed as "in stock." What followed was a series of failed delivery attempts due to reasons like “vehicle full” or “store not ready to hand over the parcel.” Despite weeks of waiting, my order was abruptly canceled on 3 December 2024, without any prior communication.
To make matters worse, the product is STILL listed as available online, misleading other customers. Bash’s customer service has been absolutely useless—offering vague responses, no alternatives, no compensation, and no accountability. I’ve escalated the issue multiple times, yet I’m still waiting for a refund, which has caused unnecessary financial strain.
It’s appalling to see so many others facing similar issues with Bash. They clearly lack the operational systems, quality control, and customer care necessary to operate effectively. It’s 2024, and customers have plenty of alternatives. Companies like Takealot and Superbalist manage to deliver on their promises—why can’t Bash?
If you’re considering shopping with Bash, think twice. The lack of transparency, accountability, and care for customers is unacceptable. I’ll definitely be avoiding them in the future.
