Takealot New Road pickup point - Before and after photos

Takealot has officially launched 25 new pickup points across, headed up by a flagship venue at the Big Bird One Stop in Midrand, Gauteng - located on the New Road off-ramp.

The company has 25 pickup points across the country which offer an alternative to receiving one’s orders via delivery, and the company predicts that 10-15% of its sales will be collected at these points rather than delivered.

I ordered at 23:00 and picked parcel up the following morning at 11:00, 12 hours later at my leisure no waiting in. This was at the Alberton, Alrode pickup point. I only live 6KM from the pickup point so very convenient. If I lived 15 KM away I would get it delivered.

Ordered items on 8 April around 7am, collected at Montague Gardens pickup point just before 4pm the very same day.

I'll use the pick-up option now if I can.
