I'll ask again:
How is it that the Banks, payment processors, retailers, etc etc, have this level of specific insights into how money moves within their systems, yet these same institutions are completely paralysed when it comes for uncovering money moving due to looting/corruption?

They make money from all that corruption money themselves so they turn a blind eye. They are in business afterall.

They can only operate within the framework of the laws that govern them.

Due to POPIA and PCI-DSS they can't just go snooping into who's spending what on whichever account without a court order. They can however provide insight into the value and volume being spent, as well as the basket in the case of a retailer...

The S95 is a 4k panel, albeit it one of the best OLED available
