But they sell The LG C1/G1/G2 83''. I mean who even buys an 8K tv, where is he going to get content from?
That's not even the biggest barrier for the general adoption of 8K TVs anymore.

They can only operate within the framework of the laws that govern them.

Due to POPIA and PCI-DSS they can't just go snooping into who's spending what on whichever account without a court order. They can however provide insight into the value and volume being spent, as well as the basket in the case of a retailer...
Nonsense.

I'll ask again:
How is it that the Banks, payment processors, retailers, etc etc, have this level of specific insights into how money moves within their systems, yet these same institutions are completely paralysed when it comes for uncovering money moving due to looting/corruption?
Cash is king!

Spent R275,000 on my credit card the other day - was a weird feeling. First tried to tap like an idiot - and then phoned the bank because it was declined :p
Did you buy a car or something?

EDIT: Solar setup?

Yeh, the solar stuff - they emailed me an invoice, and I wasn't comfortable paying via EFT, so drove down to them to get the bank details in person, and they handed me the credit card machine :p

Can I aks a stupid question?

I thought the econmy was in the toilet and no one had any money.

I've seen stuff suggesting both Friday of Colour and Cybermonday sales figures are massively (myBB patented) up year on year.

The poors are more poor, the middle class are going increasingly into debt and the rich aren't feeling the pinch.
