How is it that the Banks, payment processors, retailers, etc etc, have this level of specific insights into how money moves within their systems, yet these same institutions are completely paralysed when it comes for uncovering money moving due to looting/corruption?

Yeh, the solar stuff - they emailed me an invoice, and I wasn't comfortable paying via EFT, so drove down to them to get the bank details in person, and they handed me the credit card machine
