Takealot Vouchers (Begging) Thread

Don't know where else to post this, so here it goes:

I have a R100 off Cape Union voucher. First post in this thread to ask for it gets it. Code appears to be unique.

Online only. Need to spend R500. Free delivery on orders over R500.

I have one too if anyone else still wants one.

They are pretty dumb for trying to cancel accounts that share the same number.

What will they do when a number is recycled? Most numbers are recycled after 3 months of inactivity.

Their free shipping is overpriced now. Have you seen the dodgy tactics they try to pull regarding shipping?

Takealot intentionally delays the free shipping. Next day delivery costs R120, think dwlivery in 2 days is R99 and they also charge you for delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

The strict rules on vouchers, lack of competitive pricing, expensive delivery and ****ty customer service is going to cost them in the long run. I no longer purchase things as often as I use to from Takealot.

you know it's the same old story - buyer beware and KNOW your prices. Takealot is no different from any other retailer. Some things are more, some things are less. It's all about shopping around for the best prices.

Yep, their prices for routers and mifis are crazy! Even with the voucher discount they still suck balls.

so buy them elsewhere. On the other hand I found some vitamins I wanted on Takealot for a full R50 cheaper than anywhere else. Know your prices! Or use pricecheck.

Preaching to the converted buddy. But thanks anyway

Last order was for one of my staff. Used our office landline number. TL communicated delivery updates via email only...

Is it not possible that they are using ID numbers to verify new customers?
