They are currently the best ISP in South Africa - I just cross me fingers they don't get bought by Datapro, Mweb or Telkom.
My only concern with their SA hosting datacenter is the backbone link. To my knowledge they only have a Verizon backbone link. A web monitoring agent running from the USA gives regular packetloss and slow speed results to the hosting center. With the recent Verizon<->SAIX peering issues their is also regular problems even locally.
Why can't they invest in redundant backbone links like the norm internationally. Get backbone links from Verizon, SAIX, NeoTel and others where appropriate. One single backbone link failure should not cause the downtime of a local website.
