Dear Sentech Customer
We are an online community of MyWireless users, struggling to get accountability from Sentech for the lack of speeds and insultingly poor service that Sentech is providing.
Sentech promised that its service would be 'fixed' by the end of August - it has failed to do so.
Added to this, the 'help desk' routinely lies to its customers, telling everyone who calls that they are the only ones with any problem. This is untrue - and if you've been told this - then you have been lied to.
Sentech is also facing potential legal action after complaints by users to the Advertising Standards Authority, given that Sentech is clearly not providing the 'broadband' it advertises.
