Tap siezed... help

Hi All

So the shower tap is extremely tight and I read online that its normally due to debris or rust on the thread where the washer is.

Now the taps in the place I am in isn't like the taps I am used to as its within the wall.

How do I open these to access the washer?
Surely it can't be behind the tile as I dont want to break the tiles

With reference to your pics, the first and second pics show an elbow into which the tap is screwed into. If there is no place to fit a spanner (nut shaped) then you may have to use a water wrench to unscrew the entire tap and replace the entire tap. Please note that I am not a plumber and may be mistaken.

That would be strange.... I mean surely if the tap is dripping, there would be a rubber washer

Those look a lot like inside of the Cobra tap I've got. Unfortunately with mine you need to replace the whole inside mechanism, you turn the second metal round washer thing completely with a wrench and take the inside mechanism out.

The tap is partially obscured by the tile. Use a monkey wrench on the front part of the head (not the splines that the handle attaches to).
